So, Caly the wiener dog had an appointment with a hairdresser. Since it takes a lot of time to further beautify the already beautiful wire-haired dachshund, Janez had some time on his hands – it was a windy late afternoon, and Ljubljana Marshes were calling.
He went to the place called Ižanske toplice – “the spa of Ig” – and it wasn’t the first time a kite with a camera flew into the sky there.
But it doesn’t really matter.
Sometimes there is no story uncovered (or created) in a kite aerial photography session.
No interesting quirks of history, no fascinating natural formations, no hidden messages, no funny mishaps.
Just the glory of a late spring afternoon.
And the vast plain of Ljubljana Marshes glowing in the sun.
